Can I customize my flower arrangement?

Absolutely. We specialize in custom floral designs. If you have specific flowers, colors, or a particular style in mind, call us or email us a note regarding your online order. If you can include the order number from your confirmation email that would be very helpful to make sure we update your order (i.e. 10003565). Our experienced florists will work with you to create something perfect for your occasion.

What is your substitution policy?

Due to the natural availability of flowers, occasional substitutions may be necessary. When a specific flower or variety is unavailable, our florists will substitute with blooms of equal or greater value that match the overall color palette, style, and feel of the original arrangement. We never substitute without maintaining the same level of quality and beauty.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone at 254-500-3650 or by email at florist@saflowerdeliery.com. We can accommodate changes if the arrangement has not yet been prepared. Once an arrangement is in progress or out for delivery, cancellations may not be possible.

Our family's florist heritage dates back to 1871, when the Rossi & Rovetti family founded their flower shop in San Francisco, California. That business — Rossi & Rovetti Flowers — still operates today and is one of San Francisco's most respected florists. Jason and Stephanie Braatz, descendants of the Rossi & Rovetti florist lineage, brought this five-generation tradition to Texas, launching in Austin in 2020 and expanding to Temple & Belton in 2024.
